Panago has always believed in better ingredients and better choices. But the brand needed a more engaging platform to express it. As Creative Director at Work Party, I helped lead a brand turnaround that brought positivity and a renewed sense of purpose to this beloved national pizza chain.

Challenge
This wasn’t about starting from scratch, it was about surfacing what was already true. Panago’s commitment to quality ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and sustainability gave us a solid foundation. The creative challenge was turning that into a brand experience that felt modern and relevant to a younger audience.
Strategy
We shaped a new brand story around the idea of everyday goodness—the belief that little choices can add up to something great. It became the throughline for everything: a national brand video, store murals, pizza boxes, and a sustainability hub that brought more transparency to how Panago operates.
Execution
The new visual identity leaned into bold iconography, vibrant colours, and geometric backgrounds inspired by the angularity of pizza slices. The brand voice was playful and confident, designed to spread feel-good vibes and celebrate top-shelf ingredients as well as fun everyday pizza moments.
Outcome
The rebrand helped Panago stand out in a crowded category, not by chasing trends, but by staying true to what makes them different. It gave them flexible new tools to show up consistently, from national campaigns to in-store experiences, while reconnecting with customers in a feel-good way.
